It was a big discussion to decided to have care coming in to support my Husband, he was also reluctant and apprehensive to have carers to support him , I was worried about the intrusion in my home, and the changes that was coming. I must say from day one its gone really well, my Husband has received continuity care due to the regular staff coming in he's building friendship with up , the staff show him respect ,dignity, kindness , he now looks forward to the visits, am so happy watching my husband laugh and chat to and interact with everyone, as for me it has given me the support I needed, If I have any problems I can ring Emma and she will do her best to help and support us and I wish we had got support sooner . Thankyou Emma and your Team for your support and kindness you all have shown us.

In Safe Hands

The Able Care Team have been doing a fabulous job looking after my father. As i live over 200 miles away, it is reassuring to know he seems to be in safe hands and Emma always keeps me updated with any important developments. I've also been particularly pleased with how well Able Care have got to know my sister, who has Downs' Syndrome, and their co-operation with my sister's care team ensures both my father and sister are well looked after and able to continue to live happily together in their family home.

Kindness and Gentleness

I will never forget your kindness and gentleness with mum. She felt absolutely safe and loved with you which makes me so grateful. Thank you too for the support you gave us, helping to get the funding in place and understanding our feelings. You were always sensitive to what we were going through. I am so glad you are doing what you are doing with Able Care because other vulnerable people are going to benefit. Thank you, we will never forget you, and wish you real success.

Professional

In addition to being professional and skilled the care staff carried out all their care duties with kindness and love. The family hold the staff in the highest regard and will always be ready to recommend them to others in need of this service. Extremely Lucky

I am extremely lucky with my carers. They are hardworking and have time to listen to me, we have time to have a joke as they are very humanistic. All I can say is once again how lucky I am.
